5. REFLECTIVE DISCUSSION
The reflective discussion element of the process requires you to:
- Have a conversation with an NMC registrant about your five written reflective accounts on CPD and/or practice related feedback and/or an event or experience in your practice and how it relates to The Code.
- Ensure the registrant signs the approved form recording his/her name, NMC PIN and email address, including the date of the discussion.
The conversation will normally be a one-to-one, face-to-face meeting. It gives you the opportunity to reflect on all of the evidence you have collected and relate it to your role as a registrant and The Code.
